The main focus of the shop is to showcase the amazing wines of the Grampians wine region, as well as the best from the surrounding Western Victorian regions.
The Grampians has an amazing history with some of the oldest vineyards anywhere in the world, and is also home to a new-wave of young winemakers producing new and unique styles. Grampians Wine Cellar is the place to discover all of these an in one place. The selection is carefully curated to include wines of all styles to suit all palates.
The shop also includes wines from around Australia and around the world. The focus here is on small producers who make wines with passion and respect. Most of these are wines that I have served during my career in restaurants, many of the winemakers I have come to know well, many of the vineyards I have had the pleasure to visit. It also includes a selection of wines I started collecting over the past few decades including some great examples from leading wine regions such as Burgundy, Bordeaux and Piedmont. Most of these have been cellared in London until last year, when I had them shipped over to adorn the shelves.
Craft beer lovers will also enjoy a choice of over 30 delicious brews from pilsner’s to porter’s, NEIPA’s to gose’s and everything in between
A small selection of artisanal spirits is also available from the leading distilleries at home and from around the world.
